EarnPaste is a neutral hosting and link-monetization platform. All pastes, links, files, images, videos and other materials ("User Content") are created, uploaded and published solely by our users.

EarnPaste acts solely as a neutral hosting provider. We do not routinely pre-screen, monitor, review, verify, endorse, or claim ownership of User Content before publication. EarnPaste shall not be liable for any User Content uploaded by users.

• Each user who submits User Content is solely responsible for that content and represents that they own or otherwise have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to upload, publish, and distribute it.
• By posting, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to the content, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarnPaste, its owners and operators from any claims, damages, losses or legal fees arising out of content you post or your use of the service.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnPaste shall not be liable for any User Content or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.

User Content may contain links or references to third-party websites, files, or online services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by EarnPaste.

EarnPaste does not own, host, control, or endorse third-party websites or the content made available through them and is not responsible for their availability, legality, accuracy, or content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any links or references they publish comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.

Upon receiving a valid legal notice or otherwise becoming aware that a link or reference facilitates access to unlawful or infringing content, EarnPaste may remove or disable access to the relevant User Content and take appropriate action against the responsible account.

EarnPaste respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable. As a passive host, we are not responsible for content uploaded by users, but we will act on valid takedown requests.

EarnPaste respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on EarnPaste infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright notice to [email protected] or [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid notice, EarnPaste may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action against repeat infringers.

Our commitments:

• We will review valid copyright notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as promptly as reasonably practicable.
• Uploading copyrighted content without the permission of the copyright owner or other applicable legal authorization is strictly prohibited. EarnPaste may remove such content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly or intentionally infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• EarnPaste may retain records relating to copyright complaints, removed content, and associated account information as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce these Terms.

Right to Remove Content

EarnPaste reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content at its sole discretion, including where it receives allegations of copyright infringement or violations of these Terms.

EarnPaste may also remove or restrict access to User Content where it reasonably believes such action is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or legal interests of EarnPaste, its users, or third parties.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly upload content that infringes intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Account Termination

EarnPaste reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

The EarnPaste platform — including its website, apps, branding, logos, layout, software, source code, databases, and related materials — belongs to EarnPaste and its licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership of any of that material to you.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, mirror, sell, or publicly re-share EarnPaste’s protected platform assets without prior written approval from EarnPaste, except for ordinary personal use of the features we provide.

You keep ownership of content you upload or publish (pastes, links, profile materials, and similar User Content). So we can run the platform, you give EarnPaste a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to store, process, transmit, and show that content solely as needed to operate, secure, display, and improve EarnPaste. That permission ends for public display when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies retained in backups, logs, or legal archives for a reasonable period, or where retention is required by law.

EarnPaste Premium is a paid membership tied to your EarnPaste account. You must be signed in to purchase. Checkout is handled by our payment partners (Lemon Squeezy / Stripe).

While your Premium plan is active, you get access to Premium features on EarnPaste, including:

• Skip timers / instant unlock — paste and link timers are skipped so content can unlock immediately instead of waiting like free users.
• DM creators — message paste creators directly through EarnPaste.
• Bookmark pastes — save pastes to the bookmark section on your profile.
• Profile perks — Premium member badge and profile buddy customization.
• Premium-gated content — ability to open pastes/links set to Premium Only by creators.

Available plan lengths may include short-term access (such as 2 days) and longer plans (such as 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months). Prices and plan options shown on premium.html may change. Feature availability may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued as EarnPaste evolves.

Premium is non-transferable and applies only to the purchasing account. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to extend Premium to other accounts is prohibited.

All Premium purchases are final. No refunds after payment succeeds and digital access begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The full Refund & Cancellation Policy (including digital delivery and the 5–7 business day timeline when a refund is issued) is published separately.

• You may cancel recurring Premium from the Premium page at any time.
• Canceling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current paid period (including short-term plans such as 2-day access).
• Premium benefits remain available until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• Cancellation does not waive outstanding balances. Any unpaid subscription amount, including applicable administrative late-payment fees, remains payable.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting EarnPaste may result in suspension of Premium and related account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

Creators can monetize links and pastes on EarnPaste through Dual Revenue Modes (Views Mode and Sales Mode), plus any referral program EarnPaste offers. You choose the revenue mode per paste when creating it.

Current RPM rates, sales share, referral percentages, payout minimums, payout schedule, and supported withdrawal methods are published on EarnPaste and may change at any time. Dashboard balances and payout history are the record of your account activity.

Valid traffic only

Only legitimate human traffic that completes the required view / unlock flow counts toward earnings. Bots, scripts, fake or bought traffic, self-clicks, click farms, incentivized fake unlocks, location spoofing, and similar abuse are prohibited.

• EarnPaste may remove invalid earnings from your balance.
• EarnPaste may hold, deny, or reverse payouts tied to suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• EarnPaste may suspend or ban accounts that abuse the system.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or your account where appropriate. Continued use of EarnPaste after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
